Description
The Old Capitol, completed in 1902, remains centered in front of the new Capitol building. The Old building now serves as the Department of State's Museum of Florida History. The new building is a 22-story (307 feet) building. The new Capitol construction was started in November 1973 and was dedicated in August 1977.
