Description

T-Hangar 5 (shown here) is Herrick Archives building number 904. This building is located at 2160 W. Case Rd. at Don Scott Field. Construction of this building was authorized by the Board of Trustees in 1985 under a lease-back arrangement. The land was leased to Diversified Municipal Services, Inc. of Lebanon, Indiana. The lessee constructed the building and leased it back to the University for a period of 25 years, at which time title to the building will pass to the University. Construction of the building began in August 1985. It was released for beneficial occupancy in March 1986.
