Description

The project comprises the new Danish headquarters of Nordea and emanates from a HLT competition project for a development plan from 1995. The architectural idea expresses the interaction between the historical Christianshavn and the inner harbor of Copenhagen and focuses on the Nordea headquarters as a special building in the townscape. The complex features four six-story glazed buildings facing the harbor - each of them surrounded by a copper frame - and a U-shaped sandstone clad building defining a courtyard with entrance to the complex.
