Description
The Metallurgical Engineering Building is located at 116 W. 19th Avenue on the Ohio State University campus. It is listed as Herrick ID: 151. On March 6, 1981, the Board of Trustees named this building the "Mars G. Fontana Laboratories." The building was constructed using a reinforced concrete frame with brick exterior. It consisted of five stories and a basement. There were no additions, however the Board of Trustees minutes for January 14, 1965 refer to building 265 (MacQuigg) as an addition to building 151. 1964 Architect for Building: W.E.
