Originally built: 1909, addition: 1981
"Wright designed a cruciform plan that provides three exposures for the living and dining rooms. The three second-floor bedrooms also enjoy three exposures to maximize light and ventilation. The House features a first-floor veranda and second-floor balconies (often used in those days for warm-weather sleeping) in a compact arrangement. A 1981 addition expanded the kitchen and added a family room and large terrace to the rear of the house." --Cannon, P. F. (2006).
