The main objective of this project was the rehabilitation of a pre-existing building dating back to the 1960's. The original building was comprised of a factory and offices.
The scheme called for the insertion of individual and group work spaces, as well as public areas: a bookshop, meeting and training centers and an auditorium.
Public spaces occupy the entrance level and the garden level below. The upper floors are reserved for offices and other business functions.
The central area of the site is hallowed out to create a 10,000 square-meter park. It consists of a large hill, housing a restaurant, an auditorium, a 450-car park, storage and mechanical facilities.
The existing facade was removed and the floors were wrapped in a glass skin.
