Description
Holy Rosary Cathedral, was built in 490 days, is Gothic Revival Architecture in style with the pointed arch, vaulted ceiling, clerestory windows, buttresses, and large stained glass windows. Designed by T.E. Julian and H.J. Williams, it was built in the form of a cross. The Cathedral dimensions are: 161 feet long, 104 feet across at the transepts, 62 feet across the nave and the aisles, 62 feet from the floor ceiling, and 217 feet to the top of the larger steeple. The cathedral's 66m east tower houses eight large bells that are still rung by hand.
