The Genex Business-Apartments Complex in New Belgrade is the first complex in Serbia that includes both residential apartments and a business area that includes conference facilities. The business area is divided into 34 units ranging in size from 80 to 366 square meters. There are 60 apartments on six floors along with parking for 280 cars.
