This was an office building designed by Architecten Bureau Ed. Cuypers & Hulswit in 1930s for a Dutch trading company called West Java Handel Maatshappij (WEHA). It is located at the corner of Jln. Cengkeh and Jln. Kopi and on the north side of the Fatahilla Plaza. The design of the building showed a transitional style from the Neo-classical to the Modern style. - Text information from: Sumalyo, Yulianto. (1993). Arsitektur Kolonial Belanda di Indonesia.
