Description
Drum Castle is one of the oldest and most unaltered castles in Scotland. The castle was built in the late 13th century and was renovated in the 17th century. The castle was in the possession of the Irvine family from its construction to 1975. Today, the castle is owned by the National Trust of Scotland and is open to the public.
