Description
The Civil & Aeronautical Engineering Building is located at 2036 Neil Avenue Mall on The Ohio State University campus. It is listed as Herrick ID: 146. On May 4, 1989 the Board of Trustees resolved that the Civil and Aeronautical Engineering Building should be named Bolz Hall. It is named for Dr. Harold A. Bolz, who directed the College of Engineering's expansion to provide some of the finest facilities for engineering of any university in the country. It was constructed using a reinforced concrete frame with brick exterior. It has four stories. 1960 Architect: Bellman, Gillett and Richards 1960 General Contractor: Knowlton Construction Co.
