Description
The multi-use Netherland Plaza-Carew Tower complex (a contemporary of New York's Rockefeller Center) replaced the Emery hotel, shopping arcade, and a department store. These uses were combined into a new facility. The building was designed by Delano & Aldrich with Walter W. Ahlschlager in the Art Deco style.
