Camana Bay is a master-planned community on 500 acres of land in the Grand Cayman Islands. It is a mixed-use development that embodies the ideals of New Urbanism and truly embraces the natural landscape, weather conditions, and other existing elements to create the framework for a community that will be long lived and sustainable. A number of prominent planning and architectural firms were involved in the creation of Camana Bay; including the Olin Partnership, Moore Ruble Yudell, The Burns Connoly Group, L'Observatoire International, Fluidity, Sussman/Prejza, The Design Theorem, Spillis Candela, and Duvall Design. The Olin Partnership led the landscape design component resulting in native and indigenous vegetation and plant life interwoven throughout the built community.
