The Agronomy Machinery Storage Building is shown here as Herrick Archives number 958 and is located at 2623 Kenny Road. This building was not officially named by the Board of Trustees. This building was originally erected by Morton Buildings Inc. at Don Scott field for the 1975 Farm Science Review. At that location it was designated as Building S 72. In October 1979, the university purchased the buildings for $5,000. Morton Buildings, Inc. was engaged to dismantle, remove and re-erect the building at the Kenny Road site. This work was completed on December 10, 1979. The total project cost was $15,200. Because of the cold weather the concrete floor and other inside work was defered until the spring.
